Darkness to Light
An award-winning national organization that helps empower individuals to help prevent child sexual abuse by raising awareness of its prevalence and consequences.
RAINN
Provides resources and direction to children and adult survivors so they can heal at their own pace, and guidance for friends and families who want to support their loved ones.
SNAP (Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests)
A self-help community of 21,000 members worldwide whose goal is to support survivors and raise awareness about sexual abuse within the clergy.
Lauren’s Kids
Serves youth by advocating through in-school curricula, awareness campaigns, policies, and speaking engagements to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal.
Safer, Smarter Kids!
An abuse prevention education curriculum for pre-K and elementary-school aged children that teaches them skills in critical safety.
The Recovery Village
The Recovery Village is a network of rehabilitation facilities that offers comprehensive treatment for substance abuse disorders as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. In addition, they have done great work looking at the impact of COVID-19 on mental health and the tragic connection between addiction and child abuse.
Addiction Group
Addiction Group is an informational web guide that was founded in 2019. It was created to help those struggling with alcohol use disorders (AUD), substance use disorders (SUD), and/or co-occurring mental health disorders to find treatment for their addiction.
